Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is a full 18 hole championship standard golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus) which is surrounded by 3 story apartments which are arranged to have fantastic views over the golf Course. At Hacienda Riquelme there are Apartments on the ground, first and second floor, all essentially similar 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (though a very limited number of 2 bed 2 bath were also released) and on the 3rd floor are the penthouses which benefit from a slightly larger lounge and a large solarium terrace. Ground floor apartments have a covered terrace and a small garden, 1st and 2nd floor have ample balconies.

Apartment

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with separate fitted kitchen, spacious lounge, utility room and terrace/balcony with views over the golf course – some apartments have an additional terrace/balcony at the rear. Ground floor apartments have a small garden and patio. As usual, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All apartments have access to communal pools, each apartment has an underground car parking place included in the price and 6 person lifts are provided. Air conditioning is included in the lounge and is pre-installed in the bedrooms. There is a gas fired central heating system for the cooler winter nights. The properties will be built to a very high standard in keeping with Polaris’ ideals.

These are on the top of the apartment blocks and are essentially similar to the apartments beneath in all but size – penthouses generally have a larger lounge and a large open solarium with fabulous views in addition to a rear facing balcony.
