However Polaris World experimented with four new blocks of a similar style but giving them 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - these proved popular but are in short supply and have a higher price.

Construction updates from January 2007 of the Polaris World Golf Resort of Hacienda Riquelme. All apartments are now complete as is the golf course.
A plan of the Nicklaus design Hacienda Riquelme Polaris World golf course - The style of course at Hacienda Riquelme is that of an east coast US Golf course similar to Winged Foot, with deep bunkers and taking advantage of the natural changes in elevation. This course will probably be the most challenging of the Polaris World golf courses.
