Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort - Introduction

This is the fourth in a set of 10 golf resorts that are being built in the area between Murcia and the Mar Menor, all to be linked by shuttlebus. Hacienda Riquelme is located  between the village of Sucina and the mountains (Sierra del Carrascoy) a beautiful area that has been designated a regional natural park.

Following the incredible popularity of the apartments at La Torre Golf Resort, Hacienda Riquelme consists of 3 story apartments scattered around a beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by the golfing legend Jack Nicklaus. The resort centre is based around the existing old Hacienda which is a protected building and will be restored and converted into 2 restaurants (themed restaurants Italian and Mexican). The rest of the resort centre will follow the same architectural style and will be a luxury complex concentrated with restaurants, cafes, bars, spas, fitness centre with heated pool, kindergarten, supermarket with home delivery and cash machines, travel agency, beauty salon, clinic etc etc etc.

There are four types of property to choose from here, 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom penthouses both with one bathroom and a limited number of 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom penthouses with 2 bathrooms. All have communal pools and are arranged so that properties have a view out over the course. Our role is to pick you the very best position for your needs (and budget). As expected they are built to the highest possible standards.

The golf club will offer a driving range, putting and chipping greens and a fully stocked golf shop. The resort is enclosed within a fence and has a 24 hour security service, giving you complete peace of mind.
