Condado de Alhama a World of Resorts - Introduction
Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is a unique area of 9,000,000 sqm that unites a group of individual resorts, each with their own identity. The 800,000sqm of landscaped gardens and parkland alongside the 3 Nicklaus “Signature” golf courses will ensure that the resort has a very “green” feel to it. This Resort will undoubtably become THE place to play golf in Spain in the future and will become one of the best golf resorts in the World.
There is a variety of property for sale here – apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms as well as luxury villas of 3 to 5 bedrooms.
Above left you will see a photo of the model of the Jardines de Alhama apartments at Condado de Alhama, just look at the photo to the right that we took in February 08 of the real thing, the similarity is amazing. Polaris World have already delivered excellent golf resorts in the region of Murcia, with fantastic golf courses and all of the facilities they promised - indeed in several respects they have exceeded what was originally expected. We have bought off plan with Polaris World personally and are thrilled with the properties we have recieved. We are so impressed that we also have also bought a property here at Condado de Alhama - we really have put our money where our mouth is!
The resort will have 5 resort centres which will provide all services within arms reach. Services will include – banks, specialised shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, launderettes, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and cinemas are among the range of services together with health services and social activities.
Sports fans and professionals will find an incomparable atmosphere in which to practice their favourite sport on Condado de Alhama – tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and football. These are located within the complex which is based around no fewer than 3 full 18 hole golf courses. These 3 courses are all “Nicklaus signature” courses designed personally by the legendary Jack Nicklaus ( the Golden Bear ). 2 of these courses will be known as the “Bears Best”. This will comprise 36 holes with each hole being a copy of one of the best holes from Jack’s other signature golf courses from around the World, so will really be something very special.
At the heart of Condado de Alhama is “El Oasis” the main resort centre. Set between the Signature course and the Bears Best, El Oasis has been designed as an island in the middle of a large lake, surrounded by palm trees. This resort centre is styled on the Alhambra palace at Granada and will become the defining point for Condado de Alhama.; from eating areas to the Palace of Water. It is an area of calmness and tranquillity achieved through extensive use of water features. The town centre will contain a selection of high street shops, more restaurants, cafes and bars and a host of other facilities.
