After 30 days
25% ( - 3000 euros reservation)
At this time the purchase agreement is signed – following this a bank guarantee will be issued guaranteeing your investment in the unlikely event that anything should happen (the bank guarantee would then be taken to the bank and a full refund given).

In 6 - 9 months
15% – again a bank guarantee will be given.

On Completion
60%
End 2008 - End 2010 – you will be handed the keys to your property
