El Valle Golf Resort - Introduction
El Valle has been built near the mountains (Sierra del Carrascoy) a beautiful area that has been designated a regional natural park. To date it is the most up market golf resort produced by Polaris World.
El Valle Golf Resort consists of mainly large to very VERY large single story detached villas, scattered around a beautiful 18 hole par 72 course designed by the renowned Jack Nicklaus. There are a few apartments here too, located mainly around the town centre.
The ratio of land compared to built area on this resort is very low (around 9%) which gives it a very open feel.
