La Torre Golf Resort - IntroductionLa Torre Golf Resort is somewhat unusual as the least expensive properties here are actually immediately on and overlook the golf course itself. The outstandingly beautiful Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole, par 68 golf course at La Torre Golf Resort is surrounded with properties divided by wide avenues with manicured lawns, orange and palm trees and an open plan design all creating a sense of space. This is a Florida style golf course making extensive use of lakes and wide fairways.

At The heart of La Torre Golf Resort is a village complex designed to imitate a Spanish fishing village and located on the lake. This complex includes a large golf clubhouse with restaurant, cafe and 2 bars, a supermarket with home delivery, cash machines, shops of various types, a wide variety of bars and restaurants and a 5 star Intercontinental hotel which will have a large spa, fitness centre, several restaurants, a complex of swimming pools, tennis courts and a kindergarden (Hotel and Spa opens end of 2008 other facilities exist NOW).

The artists impression of the Golf Clubhouse at La Torre Golf Resort is shown above, but the reality when it opened in June 06 is far better than imagined, surpassing anything we have seen to date, judge for yourself from the actual photos shown above. The La Torre golf course has a driving range, putting and chipping greens and a fully stocked golf shop. La Torre Golf Resort is enclosed within a fence and has a 24 hour security service, giving you complete peace of mind.

This is the second of 10 such resorts in the Murcian region, all to be linked by shuttlebus enabling golfers and non golfers to use the facilities (restaurants etc) and of course, play golf on all of the other Polaris World golf courses. These Polaris World properties are excellent value for money, are a wonderful investment opportunity and have superb letting potential.
