The La Torre Golf Resort Townhouses are predominantly arranged fromt line to the golf course and as such offer stunning views out over the golf course. All Townhouses are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and are arranged in groups of 4 so there are 2 end terrace and 2 mid terrace townhouses. There are 2 models of the 4 group townhouses Mardono and Cornical, but internally all are very similar. A variation on this is the Palmito model which in effect is a semidetached with 2 end terrace designs next to next. Gardens to the front and rear of these properties are maintained by Polaris World.

The La Torre Golf Resort townhouse consists of, on the ground floor, off road parking to the front of the property under a pergola, the front door opens onto a spacious lounge with American style kitchen and usefull large storage cupboard which could be locked to keep ones personal items separate if renting the property. The lounge has large patio windows that open out onto a covered  terrace that is direcly overlooking the golf course (several owners have glazed in this area making a second lounge. Still on the ground floor there is a bathroom and the first bedroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto a large solarium terrace that has stunning views over the golf course. Some Townhouses also have a second solarium on the roof. Owners may use any of the communal pools on the resort.
