At this time the purchase agreement is signed – following this a bank guarantee will be issued (by the bank) guaranteeing your investment in the unlikely event that anything should happen (the bank guarantee would then be taken to the bank and a full refund given plus interest).
In 6 to 9 months
15% again backed by bankers guarantee
On completion
60% you will be handed the keys to your property.
