Polaris World price rise due Jan 07

We have just been informed that there will be a price rise for certain Polaris World properties.

Those properties affected in this price rise are...

Condado de Alhama - The Penthouses
Recently released these are selling very quickly. These properties are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large south facing balcony. The balcony directly overlooks the driving range and golf course and are adjacent to the golf clubhouse. There will be the Agora resort centre nearby with a host of bars, restaurants and other facilities. We have bought 2 properties here for investment.

Condado de Alhama - Jardines de Alhama
These have been probably the best selling properties that Polaris World has released to date. Fantastic value for money. There are 2 models - the ground floor 3 bedroom apartments with terrace and garden and the 1st floor 2 bedroom apartments with balcony and private large rooftop solarium. These properties are arranged in large rectangles overlooking communal pools and gardens and are close to the resort centres.

Las Terrazas de La Torre - The Penthouses
These are essentially the same properties as the Condado de Alhama Penthouses, these directly overlook the golf course and are a stones throw away from the resort centre.

We have not been informed directly of the percentage increase that will be applied to these properties, but it is rumoured to be of the order of 7%.

So don't delay your purchase. Remember, if you reserve your property before January 1st, the price will be fixed. Also, should you reserve with Direct2Spain and later go to Spain on one of our inspection visits and NOT like what you see - Polaris will refund your reservation fee (3,000€ - about £2,000) without question.
