Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort - Plan of the Golf Course
The golf course at Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort is another Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and will be more of a a desert style course with lush green fairways and greens interspersed with desert gardens stocked with exotic plants.
Polaris aims to have up to 10 golf courses in the Region of Murcia, this will be their 6th course and 4 of the other courses will be fully operational when this course comes into service. The Polaris World Nicklaus Golf Trail will consist of all of these courses (Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme, La Loma (9 hole) and Terrazas de La Torre) and as a homeowner you will be able to play golf and use the facilities at any of the resorts. Not only that, but as the golf courses are non profit making (run for the owners) then green fees are the lowest in the region.
From a rental point of view, it is obvious that having 6 golf courses to play on will be a major draw and these will be no "ordinary" golf courses either. With the Legendary Jack Nicklaus and his team at the helm, the courses are aimed at being as good or better than any other courses in Spain.
