The Company
Gill and John Hughes, Directors of Direct 2 Spain, have offices in Shrewsbury, Birmingham and La Manga. They visit Spain every month for two weeks, so that they can visit the Polaris Office, the sites and keep up dated with all the latest developments. Cindy is the UK sales manager and operates from the office in Birmingham.
Sometimes phases are released one day and virtually sold the next day so that they have to be on the ball. They have watched the Mar Menor Golf Resort develop, since 2002 and they have been amazed and delighted at the amount of interest there has been in La Torre and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resorts.
All of the projects are exciting in their own way and will make an exciting holiday, retirement and investment proposition.

They can help you through the buying process and beyond, including introduction to a Spanish legal representative, assistance in opening a Spanish bank account, independant mortgage advice, even showing you the best places to buy your furniture and arranging for delivery and fitting. They can also assist in renting your property as well.
While your property is being constructed, they will send regular updates on progress including photographs – by email. As you will probably wish to visit the area prior to your property is finished, they can also arrange for accomodation at a reduced rate should you wish.
