- Polaris World – Mar Menor golf Resort was the first Polaris World Golf Resort to be relesased, it was a 9 Hole golf course, but is now being extended to 18 hole Golf Course, designed by Dave Thomas. It has Villas, town houses semi detached properties, villa with pool for rental overlooking golf course. The Intercontinental Hotel is in the Town Centre
- Polaris World – La Torre Golf Resort, near the village of Balsicas, Murcia, Spain is the largest of the Polaris World Golf Resorts so far, with over 2000 properties, apartments overlooking the golf course, Sabina and Enebro Villas town houses, both New – off plan and resale off plan.
