Meet and Greet
We believe it is very important that guests are met either at the property or the airport and shown to the property. They are then told about the area and also about the property, such as how the air con works, or where to put their rubbish. It is important for the guests to know here the nearest supermarket is or who to get in touch with in an emergency. We have found that guests have far more respect for the property if they think that someone cares about it and usually leave it in very good order. They will also feel more comfortable from the beginning of their holiday and hopefully will re book

Airport Transfers
Airport transfers can only be arranged prior to arrival. Our representative will meet guests at Alicante or Murcia airports and transport them to their property, pointing out places of interest on the way. If guests wish to hire a car but are nervous of driving from the airport, our representative will meet them to show them the way.
Taxis are always available at Alicante and Murcia for clients who wish to make their own way

Rental Booking Service
Annual Charge – Not applicable
Free listing on www.Direct2Spainrentals.co.uk, with booking calendar, photographs of property
You are free to use another company for Property Management
Owners may advertise their property on other website or publications and direct the enquiries to Direct2Spain
There will be a 10% charge for each booking that Direct2Spain instigate.
Owners bookings are administered free of charge (normal cleaning charges apply)

Owners will be notified of bookings
Owners will be paid for rental booking at the end of each month after deductions for any owners requests and D2S booking fee
D2S will produce a ‘Guide to the Area’ for your apartment.
General Enquiries for accommodation will be shared between our Buyers Club

Maintenance
We will also arrange maintenance works tailored to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the job involved. Our monthly property inspections (or at changeover) will let us know if any routine maintenance is needed either on the property or on any appliances and we will inform our owners of any necessary works involved.
Gardening, painting, decorating, and general repairs and will be priced accordingly.
Supervision of maintenance and repairs is charged at £7.00 per hour


What we ask from you
4 copies of all keys
Properties should be furnished to a reasonable standard, using our guide lines. It is advisable not to include expensive or personal items in the furnishings.
An inventory of all furniture equipment in your property and updates if items are added or taken by the owner
We request Direct2Spain is the sole key holder to your property. If you arrange any maintenance work direct with a contractor we would require written (email) authorisation to pass the key to your property on to a third party
Please keep us updated regarding any bookings you take.
Please check that your property insurance allows you to rent your property and has public liability and theft included
For the safety of your guests, we advise a first aid box, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

And lastly, patience!! We only sell property from reputable builders and usually there are only a few small ‘snags’ if any, but in Spain it does take a while to get these rectified. They are all corrected eventually! One of the joys of living in Spain
